Meal Pay

 

Dear Parent:

Mealpay has upgraded their features. Due to this upgrade, each parent will need to register or re-register their account on www.mealpayplus.com after January 1st, 2008. Instructions on how to register are listed on www.mealpayplus.com. All account balances and deposits made through MealpayPlus before the end of the your will reflect on your new account. To register you will need your child’s student identification number. This is the same number used previously. If you don’t know your child’s ID number, you may call the Food Service Department at 444-5862.

Don’t forget to reset your low-balance Email reminders and auto-replenish payments. These settings will need to be re-activated on your new account.

For those parents not familiar with the system, MealpayPlus allows parents to go online to www.mealpayplus.com to manage your student’s meal account. Mealpayplus allows you to make deposits, view account balances at no cost, and even create settings to auto-replenish your account or receive reminder emails when the balance is low.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING MEALPAY

MealPay update for Clark Lane Middle School and Waterford High School:
To those of you using MealPay to prepay on your child’s accounts:

Accounts which have a balance at the end of the school year will be carried over as follows: When students advance to the next grade or from middle school to high school, their balances will follow them. This is also true for negative balances. Should a student leave the system or graduate, balances will be refunded or may be transferred to a sibling at Clark Lane Middle School or Waterford High School upon request to the Food Service Department at 444-5862.
