Save the Date – Parent Academy Night – October 29th
Waterford Public Schools will host our third Parent Academy Night on Tuesday, October 29th from 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM at Waterford High School. Included in the evening will be School Safety Presentations, both elementary and secondary, as well as breakout sessions with a variety of workshops. Many Community Partners, including Waterford Youth and Family Services, Waterford Public Library, Southeastern Regional Action Council (SERAC), and the Waterford Rec and Parks will be available in the foyer of the Auditorium from 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm for parents to meet. Childcare for school age children, provided by Waterford High School students and staff through the Learning Through Service program, will be available throughout the evening and refreshments by the WHS Culinary students will be served.
Details regarding workshop topics and registration information for breakout sessions and childcare will be sent out in the near future. Mark your calendars and save the date for this informative and educational evening.
